What we offer
The Shepherdess Gym provides an open-air, fun and friendly environment for you to train. Training in groups to motivate and support one another and be the best version of Ewe. We don't have lots of fancy kit, but we do have lots of fun!

1-1 Personal Training
Whatever your training goals we will work together to find a tailored and unique approach to meet your needs, to suit your lifestyle. Emma has limited availability for these individual sessions but do get in touch today to find out more and check availability.
Bootcamp
Our boot camp sessions provide a sociable and variable approach to fitness. Working together through a variety exercises, predominantly strength focused.


Circuits
Working through a variety of exercises involving a range of strength and cardio, with the addition of equipment. These full-body workouts are designed to improve your all-round fitness.
Body Conditioning
Slower paced, body weight focused sessions to improve core strength, mobility, balance and posture. All exercises can be adapted to accommodate any level of fitness, making each class accessible for all levels.
